Crosby Gardens
Crosby Gardens has been adopted by the Town Council, and we have recently spent time landscaping the area in line with local residents’ requests. The option was to have either a play park, or a more ornamental area with flowerbeds and a place to relax. The outcome was the latter, and it was completed at the end of August 2009.

Knottobottom
Knottobottom Lane has been the subject of extensive regeneration works. Previously the area had been overgrown and disused, being the target for vandalism and antisocial behaviour. A problem solving group was created to try and come up with ways to ameliorate the situation, and our skilled grounds maintenance team set to work, following the recommendations of this group. Now since the works were undertaken there has been a marked improvement with residents and police congratulating us on the impact that it has had on community life.

This year we have continued to build on this and have developed a new flowerbed which has supplemented the good work from last year.
